Overview
Dave Biehl Art runs davebiehlart.com to share Dave Biehl's artwork, events, press, and gallery hours. The site has no accounts, no sign-up forms, and nothing for sale.
What we collect
Nothing personal. The site doesn't use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we don't build profiles of visitors.
Stored on your device
If you pick a light or dark theme, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser's site data removes it.
Services that load content
To show some pages, your browser loads content directly from these services. Like any website, they can see your IP address and basic browser details, and they handle them under their own privacy policies:
- Google Firebase privacy policy (opens in a new tab) — hosts the site, its content, and the artwork photos.
- OpenStreetMap privacy policy (opens in a new tab) — supplies the map tiles on statue and event pages.
- YouTube privacy policy (opens in a new tab) — plays videos on the Media page in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), loaded only on a video's page.
Articles on the Media page link to news sites. Those sites see your visit only if you follow the link.
Email and phone
If you email or call Dave, your message and contact details are used only to reply to you. They are never sold or shared.
Children
The site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
